Make an Impact

We are seeking a talented Account Executive to join our Department Store Sales team within the Luxury Division at Fossil Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing key wholesale accounts for multiple Fossil Group brands, driving both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce growth across the US. An ideal candidate will be goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit, and demonstrate the ability to work independently.

What you will do in this role:

  • Own all facets of the Account Executive role, understanding key business drivers to achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
  • Track and analyze account business performance (sales by door, SKU, replenishment, market share, etc.), and recommend appropriate actions to drive sell-in and sell-out opportunities.
  • Present product and business reviews, brand strategies, and marketing campaigns to accounts to maximize assortments, increase sales, and achieve targets.
  • Ensure the integrity of our brands is always upheld in all interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional peers such as Merchandising, Brand, Planning, Marketing, and Leadership.
  • Lead product forecasting and develop accurate annual/monthly sales projections.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with accounts at all levels.
  • Efficiently manage EDI account orders.

Your Skills


  • 3-5 years of account management, sales, or buying experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent retail math proficiency, understanding of OTB (Open-to-Buy) plans, and strong analytical skills required.
  • Proven track record of strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Successful time management, strong attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and be flexible to changes.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) and Google Enterprise products required.
