Job Title: CMS Specialist
Department: Cash Management Services (CMS)

We are looking for a CMS Specialist to join our Cash Management Services team. The Cash Management Services (CMS) Specialist will assist in handling daily operations workflow and branch support to maintain system integrity, compliance requirements, and client satisfaction. This role will be a key member of the CMS team in building and expanding on client relationship by delivering strong digital banking, cash management services, and consumer & business deposit product services.

Key Responsibilities:

Support internal and external clients with CMS products, consumer/business deposit products, and online/mobile banking products. Maintain sufficient knowledge of Bank operations and CMS and deposit products.
Understand the risk associated with all the CMS products and services to ensure risks are identified and mitigated.
Daily processing of eWires, ACH, merchant capture activities, as deemed necessary to daily department operations and report for fraud or suspicious activity.
Perform daily reviews of reports, maintain and update necessary logs, conduct callback, and detect and report unusual or suspicious activity.
Answer calls timely and reinforce superior client service through his/her own example along with appropriate follow-through to ensure a high level of customer service and retention of clients.
Handle inquiries and support requests while ensuring customer service quality.
Assists all branch offices in resolving operational and system inquiries and providing support.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum one year of experience in banking is preferred.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or client complaints.
Strong ability, desire and enjoyment in working with others as part of a diverse team as well as work independently.
General knowledge of operations regulations, banking laws, and accounting practices.
Present a professional image in dealing with clients, interdepartmental, and external representatives.

Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail.
Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
