Important Notice: This is a temporary, part-time, grant-funded position. The assignment is scheduled to end on December 31, 2025. Compensation: We offer our employees a competitive compensation and benefits package that reflects our organizational culture, mission, and core values. The hourly range for this position is $25.00 per hour. Position Description: The Residential Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff at Roberts Residences. This part-time, front desk role is essential to fostering a welcoming and safe environment while supporting the daily operations of the residence. The Residential Concierge ensures that all guests and residents are greeted with professionalism and warmth while also managing a variety of administrative and security-related tasks Required: High school diploma or GED required. Additional coursework or certification in customer service, administrative support, or hospitality is a plus Preferred: Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role is preferred. Required License/Certification: N/A Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm with/ 30 minutes working lunch. OR Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am to 2:30 pm, Fridays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. w/ regular lunch break. (29 hours per week) Expected Contributions: Administrative Communication & Information Support

Reports to: Program Manager - Large Site Position Designation: This position is designated as Safety Sensitive. You may be subject to drug testing before or during your employment with SOME. In this position, you may be disqualified from employment based on the presence of marijuana in test results, even if you possess a medical card authorizing the use of medical marijuana. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift to 20 pounds. Requires looking at a computer screen for several hours a day. May be required to sit for long periods.
