Position Summary The Inpatient Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Fellowship will provide Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with a broad experience across inpatient medical settings. Clinical practice will be focused in the Renal, End-Stage Renal, Immunology, Endocrine, Adolescent Medicine, GI/Hepatology and Admission Team settings. This full-time, 6-month APP Fellowship will build competency by means of hands-on direct care experiences, didactic classes, simulation and presentations. The APP Fellows will train with physicians and APPs, and integrate with members of the multidisciplinary team. APP Fellows will be supported by a core team of MD/NP/PA leaders, APP liaisons, preceptors, and mentors. Clinical time will include night/weekend rotation. Key Responsibilities
