Job Description:
Sr. Quality Specialist - Ridgeview
Facilitates process improvement and change management activities. Assists leadership team maintaining and monitoring quality improvement and service activities to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Facilitate and lead process improvement activities using a Lean approach and involving a variety of stakeholders including frontline staff to Directors.
- Facilitate and lead change management initiatives with a quality lens.
- Define and monitor key quality indicators and outcomes related to clinical care, client satisfaction, safety, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to make quality recommendations for reducing waste and increasing efficiency
- Lead the development of the organization's long and short-term quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to implement evidence-based practices and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and treatment standards.
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to determine data needed to support quality initiatives.
- Help program staff to review and interpret data and identify areas of concern, make recommendations for improvements, and develop a plan to address identified issues
- Facilitate QI committee meetings and present data-driven reports to leadership for ongoing quality oversight.
- Stay up to date on health care quality best practices and current trends
- Collaborate with a diverse range of clinical and administrative professionals to investigate and resolve complex quality related issues
- Utilize independent judgment to manage requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, clients, other organizations, and the general public
- Build a culture of continuous quality improvement
- Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures
- Complete all deliverables accurately, legibly and by established timelines
- Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in human services, social sciences, business, or related field.
- AllHealth Network does not employ former or current clients or family members of clients receiving treatment at any AllHealth Network facilities.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in quality management or quality improvement within a behavioral health or healthcare setting.
- Experience with quality improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., PDSA cycles, root cause analysis, incident tracking systems).
- Experience leading change management initiatives
- Experience with project management
- Certification in quality (e.g., CPHQ, lean) preferred
Knowledge of behavioral health regulatory standards, Colorado Behavioral Health Administration, CARF, HIPAA, Medicaid/Medicare, and state-specific requirements preferred
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret clinical data and identify trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Excellent written and communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong skills in synthesizing material
- Must have advanced Microsoft Office Excel and intermediate skills in other Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional Web-based and computer proficiency is required.

Pay Rate:
$110,000 - $113,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
