Clinical Trainer - Ridgeview AllHealth Network is seeking a qualified Clinical Trainer to join our Ridgeview team. We are looking for dedicated professionals passionate about behavioral health services. The trainer is responsible for developing, implementing, and conducting learning and development initiatives and activities for clinical and medical staff. Job Description: Clinical Trainer The trainer is responsible for developing, implementing, and conducting learning and development (L&D) initiatives and activities for clinical and medical staff to increase knowledge, skills and competency in relation to quality, compliance and agency wide competencies. This position has a specific focus in dual diagnoses (mental health and substance use disorder) services within the crisis and acute care setting.

Shift/Location: Travel between AHN sites throughout the Denver Metro area and Estes Park is required. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Pay Rate: $67,000 - $79,000 The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees.
