Responsible for the end-to-end management of all Stellantis Fleet & Business Solutions events including tradeshows, customer events, Ride & Drive opportunities and internal group meetings. Ensure events are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. A high level of organizational management, strategic thinking and the ability to execute under deadlines are essential for success in this role. Working closing with the event agency and any additional third-party suppliers, manage all aspects of Fleet events from initial planning to onsite execution. Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead the planning of all Fleet Trade Shows and Ride & Drive events - 30+ events
- 4 vocations (Commercial, Government, Police, DriveAbility)
- Manage Show Vehicles - 20
- Procuring Vehicles and All Logistics Transportation for each event
- Order and dispose of vehicles
- Procure Upfits and graphics, install and uninstall vehicles
- Plan, execute and manage any large customer events (Commercial Training, Fleet Sales Meetings, Fleet Preview, Fleet involvement in corporate events: Dealer Announcement Show, NADA, Commerical Business Meeting)
- Collaborate with agencies and vendors to design programs that align with identified goals and objectives
- Create budgets and manage costs to stay within budget; reconcile invoices. Make recommendations on cost-savings activities.
- Manage and provide direction on creative elements - display properties, brochures, bag inserts, signage, email blasts, show ads, etc.
- Manage and procure merchandise (giveaways) and staff apparel for shows
- Manage warehousing and fulfillment of merchandise, apparel, & literature for shows
- Manage show property displays, inventory, capital projects
- Manage legal agreements with brand ambassadors, logos, communications for shows
- Manage show reporting / metrics - 4 leads system flows, CRM dynamic rapid response emails, event scorecards, track ROI
- Input all estimates (70+) and approve invoices via PentaSap system, track routing
- Work with Ram Professional organization and coordinate any co-hosted events, lead input into Salesforce, Fleet opportunities tied to Ram
- Maintain and update status reports and ensure all tracking of activities
- Manage the Business Development Center (BDC) for outbound lead follow-up and processing campaigns, scripting, follow-up communications and all prospecting campaigns
- Oversee all tradeshow leads into Salesforce data and ensure proper routing, follow up activities and documentation are in place
- Promote and maintain a positive rapport between customers, teammates and suppliers to enhance internal and external customer satisfaction
- Communicate to internal stakeholders on pre-event plans and post-event recaps as required
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years relevant experience
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while remaining flexible to changing requirements
- Ability to manage multiple meetings, events, and tradeshows at once while maintaining a high degree of organization
- Solid relationship building, as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, independently, and meet deadlines
- Must have the ability to work with a range of personnel in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will also have fresh and creative ideas and a voice to encourage improvements and positive change.
