We are excited to add a Senior Director, Strategic Commercial Initiatives to our Sales & Marketing team! The position will pay between $185,000-$285,000 base plus bonus and equity. Remuneration for this role will be based on previous relevant experience, educational credentials, and location.

This can be a fully remote position with periodic travel to our Atlanta headquarters.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sr. Director - Strategic Commercial Initiatives has responsibility to drive Commercial Operations Excellence across the business in the areas of (1) Commercial Business Planning (2) Commercial Execution (3) Sales Enablement and (4) New Product Introduction. This position serves as a vital connection point within the MIMEDX organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Drive the overall operational rhythm for the commercial team along with the strategic initiatives program in collaboration with marketing, sales, finance, and other central teams.
  • Enabling executive leadership to prioritize funding for initiatives that align with overall strategy and focus that deliver growth
  • Provide ongoing visibility into progress toward strategic initiatives, highlighting areas of concern and opportunities for optimization.
  • Actively lead/manage/coach to drive execution of identified strategic initiatives that cross functional boundaries
  • Ensure that as we scale and grow while we stay true to our values of customer success, agility, and innovation.



EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:



  • Preferred Masters in Business Administration
  • 15+ years experience in healthcare related field with strong preference in MedTech
  • Demonstrated experience in driving change with big corporate/functional initiatives
  • Ability to oversee a variety of projects/programs simultaneously
  • Ability to work in highly ambiguous situations and still drive organizational alignment

    • Take in large volumes of information and break it into digestible insights for nimble decision-making.


  • Familiarity with a variety of operating models and planning best practices
  • Very strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse team members and external parties.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
