As a Sr .NET Full stack Developer, you will make an impact by developing and maintaining scalable software applications using AWS, Node JS, React JS, and .Net Core to meet project requirements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain scalable software applications using AWS, Node JS, React JS, and .Net Core to meet project requirements.

* Collaborate with offshore teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance customer experience.

* Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting regular code reviews and adhering to best practices.

* Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues to ensure smooth operation of applications.

* Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.

* Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.

* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

* Contribute to the development of technical documentation to support software applications.

* Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative work environment.

* Engage in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges. - Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities and threats.

* Work closely with product managers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure timely delivery of projects by effectively managing time and resources.

What you need to have to be considered:

* 6-10 years of experience in Advanced .Net core and .NET Framework

* Proficient in .net Core, React and Node JS

* Good to have AWS skillset

* Very good communication skills and good customer management skills

* Technically sound to provide design and architectural solutions

* Interact with customers in understanding the requirement and collaborate with offshore team in fulfilling the requirements

* Should identify and mitigate the risk effectively

* Ensure quality and timely deliverables
