Staffmark is partnering with a reputable company in Highland, CA, to hire a Data Entry Clerk who thrives on accuracy, speed, and organization. If

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Enter high volumes of data with speed and accuracy
  • Review and verify data for errors or missing information
  • Maintain and update digital records, logs, and reports
  • Cross-check information against source documents
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure data accuracy
  • Follow company procedures for handling confidential information
  • Support additional clerical or administrative tasks as needed



What We're Looking For:



  • 1-2 years of recent data entry experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy required)
  • Comfortable navigating Excel spreadsheets, databases, and other systems
  • Ability to stay focused for extended periods and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • A team player with good communication and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
