HR Business Partner - Corporate

- Salary Range: $90,000-$99,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

We're looking for a hands-on, strategic HR Business Partner to support our Support Center and management-level employees across the employee life cycle. Internally titled People Leader, Corporate, this position plays a key role in driving HR initiatives with consistency, care, and a people-first mindset. - Partner with leaders to manage pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding
- Facilitate new hire orientation and employee recognition programming
- Maintain digital headcount tracking and org charts in real time
- Lead or support employee leave, relocation, and accommodation coordination
- Act as point of contact for employee relations activities and policy clarification
- Maintain and enhance People Team content and internal communications
- Educate teams on people processes, HR systems, and compliance expectations
- Monitor anonymous reporting systems and help bring issues to resolution
- Build and reinforce a culture of ethics, inclusion, and high performance
What You Bring Required:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Employment Law, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a similar position
- Expertise in US federal, state, and local employment laws
- High attention to detail and experience with corporate employment processes
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
Preferred:
- Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or airport-related industry
- Proven success supporting both digital and physical HR environments
- Experience coordinating onboarding/offboarding for corporate roles
Desirable:
- Canadian employment law knowledge
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar)
- Experience maintaining internal intranet/HR knowledge bases
- Background supporting hybrid or remote-first workplaces
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
