Under the direction of Director, Clinical Manager, or Designee, perform a variety of duties involving the coordination of clinical care activities, including but not limited to: Triage telephone calls from patients, physicians and clinical staff; Assist Team Assistants with scheduling of patient visits; collaborates on annual staff performance evaluations; review staff assignments and staffing levels, etc. Perform a variety of duties to assist the Clinical Manager, and provide guidance, support, education and clinical leadership to office and field staff.

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of three years clinical experience in an appropriate setting, i.e. Medical Surgical, Home Care, Critical/Coronary Care, etc. is required
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Rhode Island is required (RI licensure may be in process).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

USD $95,908.80 - USD $170,996.80 /Yr.
