Position Summary

The role of the Manager of Growth Marketing & Digital Strategy is to help drive Sirva's enterprise growth through high-impact, digitally-enabled marketing initiatives. This role is the primary owner of the roadmap and strategy for the corporate website. In addition, this role is ideally a modern B2B marketer who can think big, execute efficiently, and collaborate cross-functionally to develop content, campaigns, video, and tools that enable, engage, and retain clients, support sales, and position Sirva for future success. A deep understanding of marketing technology and emerging tools-especially AI-is essential.

This position plays a central role in building customer-facing narratives, sales enablement materials, and digital content that spans thought leadership, global trends, and client use cases. The ideal candidate blends strong writing ability, digital marketing knowledge, and practical experience with web, CMS & digital tools to improve content speed, quality, and scale.



Functions and Responsibilities




Strategic Growth Campaigns & Account Support (30%)




  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support key growth priorities, regional initiatives, and service lines
  • Partner with internal stakeholders globally to design assets and communications tailored to priority accounts, GPOs, and market segments, etc.
  • Create messaging frameworks and cross-channel strategies tailored to priority segments and pursuits


Website & Digital Experience (30%)



  • Serve as the internal owner of Sirva's corporate website-overseeing content updates, navigation, UX, and SEO strategy
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to evolve the website as a lead-generation and brand platform
  • Monitor technical site performance and user behavior to inform updates and enhancements


  • Support regional input and ensure messaging scalability across global markets
  • Identify opportunities to enhance digital journeys using data and AI-driven insights


Thought Leadership Content (20%)



  • Manage corporate masterclasses, including content planning, speaker coordination, promotion, and post-event nurture


  • Translate insights and global mobility trends into compelling client-facing content (e.g., case studies, white papers, vertical messaging etc.)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to craft content that reflects industry evolution and provokes executive-level engagement
  • Support cross-brand campaigns and go-to-market efforts for enterprise deals


Visual Storytelling & Video Content (10%)



  • Support rapid-turn video projects and visual storytelling with storyboards, scripts, etc. (e.g., RFP submissions, executive messaging, thought leadership)


  • Coordinate tools or with agencies or vendors to aid in the delivery of video and multimedia content efficiently


Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration (10%)



  • Act as a lead project manager on high-priority initiatives
  • Manage campaign timelines, feedback loops, and content approvals
  • Support performance reporting, analytics, and insights
  • Ad hoc marketing projects, as needed.



Qualifications and Preferred Skills



  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services, HR tech, or global mobility
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into compelling content for clients and stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technologies, digital platforms, and content optimization best practices (SEO, CMS, video tools)
  • Fluency in AI tools for writing, content ideation, and workflow efficiency
  • Experience with website content strategy, updates, and analytics


  • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Creative problem-solver, with a track record of taking initiative and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Highly collaborative team player, capable of working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels.


  • A global mindset and experience working with international teams or HR audiences is a plus






Education and Certification Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree (Business or Communications Degree preferred).

* Position Title: Manager, Growth Marketing & Digital Strategy
* Salary Range: $83,000 - $114,950 USD
* Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Employer HSA Match, Life & Disability Insurance, Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off, ID Theft Protection Plan and more. Benefits are based on employment status and may not be available for temporary or part-time employees.

Salary ranges may vary based on location, market conditions, and other factors such as experience and qualifications. The final compensation will be determined during the hiring process based on these considerations.
