We're looking for a skilledCAD Technician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to contribute to designing and constructing vital transportation structures-bridges, retaining walls, and more. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, using cutting-edge tools and software to turn concepts into reality. We will support you along the way to help you build your career.

What You'll Do

• Produce detailed CAD drawings, layouts, and graphics for various transportation structures including reinforced concrete, pre-stressed concrete, and steel designs.
• Translate engineering markups into polished construction documents, maintaining precision and consistency.
• Use state-of-the-art software such asAutoCAD, MicroStation, andOpenRoads Designer.
• Support design tasks under the direction of licensed engineers using industry standards such asAASHTO.
• Maintain structured drawing files, adhere to client and company drafting standards, and support project-specific standards as needed.
• Collaborate through file-sharing systems likeProjectWise and participate in quality assurance reviews.
• Track quantities, update contract drawings, and contribute to project success within scope, budget, and schedule.

What You Bring

1. Associate of Applied Science in Civil Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field.
2. Proficiency inMicroStation/OpenRoads and/orAutoCAD/Civil 3D.
3. Up to 2+ years of drafting experience is a plus focusing on bridge or structural engineering projects.
