MD/DO Ophthalmologist - Cornea Specialist

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Cornea Specialist to join our established, high-volume ophthalmology practice in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

* Strong referral base supporting cornea, cataract, and refractive surgical volume, including DMEK, DSAEK, PKP, as well as LASIK and PRK. with opportunity to further develop and shape a robust cornea practice.
* Broad spectrum of ocular pathology, including complex and tertiary-level cases.
* Full-service practice with comprehensive ophthalmologists and subspecialists, including glaucoma, pediatrics, retina, and oculoplastics.

La Crosse is within a few hours' drive of major cities like Madison, Milwaukee, and Minneapolis.

Completion of an accredited graduate medical training program and fellowship training is required for this role. In addition, must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Medical staff in our system will supervise advanced practice clinicians. Medical staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system. Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all medical staff.
