The Position

Marketing Manager, Customer Strategy

The Opportunity:

Near Patient Care (NPC) Customer Marketing is seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for strategy development and execution to drive customer demand and growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the customer, the market and the overarching NPC target audience at a deep level. You will utilize data and insights to develop, lead and execute strategies across the NPC sales and marketing commercial organization.

This individual will provide leadership and partner with sales, product marketing, customer and market insights, global M&CI teams, communications and additional internal stakeholders in order to create and execute initiatives and programs that accelerate NPC growth across the portfolio and market in 2025 and beyond.

Job Facts:
Define and create the customer strategy plan in alignment with our NPC strategy and customer marketing strategic focus areas:

  • Responsible for demonstrating a deep understanding of our customer, their beliefs and behaviors, our competitors, testing settings and the market, including emerging trends, payer landscape and patient mix.

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining target customer audience data sets (ie: top 300 IHN list, top 100 urgent care list), in partnership with NPC sales leadership team, in order to elevate target audience reach.

  • Lead the development and utilization of segmentation model(s) and approach(es) to enhance and elevate target audience reach and impact within specific portfolio areas.

  • Establish a program to develop and leverage NPC customer advocates to bring customer stories to life through testimonials and references in order to influence opportunities, drive competitive differentiation and accelerate wins while amplifying our NPC brand across various channels.

  • Utilize customer data and insights to develop and execute strategies within identified areas in order to drive incremental demand and growth. Enable commercial success and impact through activation, measurement, and optimization of marketing strategy and tactics.

  • Drive sales and marketing collaboration and serve as a primary engagement point for both sales and customers.

  • Manage resources and budget to target for all assigned programs with proactive communication on issues and opportunities.

  • Advises and manages stakeholders by reporting on special projects, business challenges and opportunities to senior management.

  • Instilling leadership through others by acting as a role model to drive impactful business solutions and positive change, encouraging, motivating and empowering others and helping others to success.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 5+ years of marketing, business, sales or equivalent experience

  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects

  • Ability to travel moderately as dictated by business need

Location:

  • This position is based onsite in our Indianapolis campus.

  • No relocation benefits are provided for this role.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $91,400 - $169,800. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
