Associate Software Engineer, Platforms

If so, Lawson Software is actively recruiting Associate Software Engineer, Platforms to join our Product Development Team!

Responsibilities :

• Provides second and third -level support for applicable development environment (s).
• Configures, maintains and deploys specific environment (s).
• Makes consequence analysis of environment requests from Development projects.
• Develops and maintains knowledge in platform specific Scripting techniques.
• Ensure that all existing installation documentation is accurate and updated (configuration item information), published and understood by all installers.

Qualifications:

• 4 year degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 years experience with Unix platform administration is required.
• Working knowledge of WebSphere Application Server is strongly desired.
• Working knowledge of or willingness to learn Windows and IBM i (AS/

400) platform administration is strongly desired.

• 1 years experience using Scripting languages, like Perl, Unix Shell Scripting , Windows batch file scripting, etc.
