Agreements & Technology Transfer Analyst

Lockheed Martin (LM) IS&GS , Readiness & Stability Operations is looking for a talented professional to join the International Cooperative Programs/Technology Transfer team to assist the Marine Corps Systems Command, International Programs Directorate, Agreements & Technology Transfer Division in advising the USMC on issues related to international agreements and cooperative programs as they pertain to the Marine Warfighter. The candidate will be part of the four-member ICP/TT consultant team providing technical expertise, logistics and financial support to the Marine Corps ICP/TT Branch Head.

Main duties include (but are not limited to): tracking and responding to queries related to international agreements and cooperative efforts; developing relevant program requirements; developing and submitting monthly program reports; and performing limited market research and analysis.

Additionally, the position requires the individual be able to speak clearly and write intelligently in order to assist project officers develop, write and track new USMC -originated agreements. The optimum candidate should have a daily working understanding of international agreements (e. g. , MOUs/MOAs, DEAs/IEAs, PAs, etc. ) and U. S. Government cooperative research and development programs.

The candidate will routinely coordinate with Marine Corps Project/Program Managers, DoD military officials and leaders from industry. Knowledge of the Arms Export Control Act, International Traffic in Arms Regulations ( ITAR ), National Disclosure Policy (NDP-
1) and related DoD directives and instructions is a plus.

It is also desirable that the candidate have a working knowledge of USMC equipment. This full-time position is located in Stafford, Virginia and is available immediately. New Hire and Rehire candidates for this position will be offered the LMOS benefit program. Internal candidates for this position will be able to retain their current benefit program if they are participating in the LMOS , LMES or Corporate benefit programs currently.

Other internal candidates will be offered the LMOS benefit program. RJG-2007 - U. S.
