We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic Housekeeping Manager to assisit in managing all service and operational aspects relating to the Housekeeping Department.

Please do not apply if you do not meet ALL of the below mentioned criteria:-Minimum 2-years previous Housekeeping Manager experience required. -Proven track record of successfully managing in a high-end/luxury hotel environment. -Proven leadership skills which supports an environment of employee growth and development, interdepartmental teamwork and exceptional customer service. -Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. -Superior problem solving abilities. -Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative leader who thrives under pressure and is able to perform multiple functions and troubleshoot when needed. -Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. -Previous experience in an independent or boutique hotel preferred. -Excellent working knowledge of Fidelio/Opera PMS required. -Diploma in Hotel Management preferred. -Knowledge of Word, Excel and Delphi is considered a plus.
