Qualifications: 1 years of Customer Service experience is required High School Diploma or GED is required Intermediate MS/Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) skills are required.
Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills Assets: Some college is preferred Visio experience is a plus Administrative experience is preferred Familiarity with managed care insurance is preferred. Medicaid, Medicare or public sector experience is a plus.
Knowledge of medical/behavioral terminology is preferred.
