One of SGAs major financial clients is looking for a Software Asset Management Analyst for a contract position in Columbus, OH.
This resource will serve as liaison between Enterprise Software Asset Management and business end-users, and will be responsible to:
- Support the implementation of the Software asset management tool
- Assist in data norm aliz ation between multiple systems
- Process software license requests from Line of Businesses
- Fulfill software license request according to guidelines set by vendor contract
- Obtain and distribute license keys
- Tracking and updating of inventory
- Maintain Catalog of software products
- Key Contact to software publishers for day to day operational issues and questions
- Liaise between Product management, Line of Business clients and the software publishers
- Manage product availability, pricing changes, upgrades, new releases and renewal maintenance agreements
- Monitor and analyze increases in volume to assist in determining future demand
- Generate reports for reconciliation efforts or per client requests
- Identify opportunities of operational efficiencies Technology Asset management, Software Publisher Management, Data analysis skills are very helpful.
