FUNCTIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE::

POSITION SUMMARY::

• Manage multiple TRICARE Service Center Site Managers.
• Responsible for ensuring maximum use of Military Treatment Facility (MTF) resources as first choice of medical care for TRICARE beneficiaries.
• Coordinate MTF utilization/optimization with Director of Business and Contingency Planning.
• Provide Senior Management with reporting and analysis of MTF utilization.
• Collaborate with constituents in developing Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) at local TSCs and in their span of control; complies with MOUs in their span of control.
• Provide direction to the Site Managers.
• Responsible for coordination of support for beneficiaries living outside of Prime Service Area within their assigned geography.
• Responsible for collaboration with MTF Command within their assigned geography.
• Work with AGHP Regional Director in identifying staff available for utilization of Service Assist Team and staffing those teams when needed.
• Coordinate with Medical Management and Network Management in support of MTF Command Requests. job Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS::

• Excellent communication skills are required for this position (verbal and written), as well as exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment while demonstrating superior customer service skills.
• The ability to troubleshoot potential problems while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Proven experience in direct mail production, including a thorough understanding of mailing requirements, mail piece design specifications, and postal regulations.
