In collaboration with the nurse leader, responsibilities include the selection, on-boarding, evaluation, coordination, and education of staff to ensure the delivery of quality patient care services. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to meet divisional goals/objectives and foster a patient and family centered environment.MSN, current NYS RN registration and 3-5 years related nursing experience in an advanced nursing role required. Chemotherapy experience preferred. Self-direction and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
