FROSCH is looking for a Marine Travel Coordinator to join our growing Company.As a Marine Travel Coordinator you would be responsible for managing the travel reservations of our clients from their initial request to completion. This would include arranging all elements of marine/offshore travel and includes coordinating airline, hotel, car rental and other travel needs for employees within marine/offshore accounts using GDS - Amadeus.Requirements/Qualifications: * Candidate must possess a minimum of five years marine and crew change experience with excellent computer skills!!* Recent GDS experience on Amadeus.* Must possess extensive knowledge and understanding of international and domestic routings, airfares and marine contracts; excellent geographical familiarity and aptitude; impeccable work ethic, great communication skills as well as and attention to detail.* Candidate must be capable of working in a fast-paced, yet team-oriented environment under stringent deadlines; as requirements can change quickly and often and require immediate response!!* The ability to resolve problems independently; think quickly on your feet while also approaching challenges with energy and enthusiasm is also required along with willingness to think outside of the box.* Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word)* Strong attention to detail, good communications skills - both verbally and in writing.* Ability to work well under pressure.* Strong sense of urgency as well as flexibility to change as needed.
Other Details: * This is a full-time position that is available immediately and is an excellent opportunity for the right person, as the company continues to grow!!* Work hours are typically 10-12 hours on Friday-Sunday 6p-7a CST, in addition to, 26-30 hours throughout the week from 7a-6p CS Tpensation is based on an individual-Ts experience and includes a base salary.
