The North Shore-LIJ Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine seeks BC/BE critical care physicians to join our new critical care consultation team.

Physicians will join current critical care faculty in the North Shore University Hospital Medical ICU, to provide consultations and care to patients outside the ICU, and participate in rapid response teams as part of a vibrant and expanding critical care service.

There is ample opportunity for teaching fellows, residents and medical students, with the potential for an academic appointment at the new Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine.

North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY is an 804 bed tertiary facility that is a designated level 1 trauma center.

The hospital is located on Long Island, and is approximately 18 miles from midtown Manhattan.
